Dr Chad Haak was born and raised in Northern California, a small town located between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. After high school, Dr Haak attended college for a year before traveling to Spain to serve a 2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He continued his studies at BYU and went on to dental school at the prestigious University of Pacific in San Francisco.
After graduating dental school he moved to Arizona where he met his wife Ashlie and they settled down to start their family. They now have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys, with ages ranging from 8 to 16. In his free time, Dr Haak loves spending time with his family and being active with playing sports, going to the gym or spending time outdoors.
Dr Haak always had a passion for healthcare and helping others in need. He has spent his years training in all different aspects of dentistry and practice varieties to help him learn how he can best treat his patients. He takes pride in treating his patients and offering them the care that he would want for his own family and friends. In his years of dentistry, he has seen the shortage of good dentistry being offered to patients for reasonable prices and the need for more help. He’s a phenomenal dentist, with an amazing skill set, and a list of accolades to go with it. Those unique skills are only acquired from his nearly 20 years experience. He could charge 3x as much for his skill set at another office but, he choose to make a difference. Dr Haak understands the vision of Helping Hand Dental Clinic:

Helping Hand Dental Clinic is proud to introduce our incredible Office Manager, Lily. With ten years of experience, Lily is the cornerstone of our clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our patients and staff.
Lily’s journey with us is a unique one—it actually started in the dental chair! She was originally a patient of Dr. Spencer’s before she was hired to work the front desk.
Her natural talent for organization, patient care, and teamwork quickly shone through, leading to a well-deserved promotion to Office Manager. She’s been with us through thick and thin, literally since the beginning! Lily was part of the team when Helping Hand Dental Clinic was just a pile of rubble from a demolished flower shop, helping to build the warm, welcoming space you see today.
Lily is a dedicated family woman, married with one child. She attended Brown(e). When she’s not here, you can find her making the most of her days off spending time with her family, or making a Target run with a much-needed coffee run (sometimes both at the same time!).
When it comes to dining, her favorite go-to restaurant is Ta’ Carbon, and her preferred fast food treat is an In-N-Out burger. For entertainment, she loves the Harry Potter movies, and one day she dreams of taking her family on a vacation to Japan.
Lily is a perfect combination of sweet and firm. She runs a tight ship and is protective of her doctors and staff. This is the reason she is the best at what she does. The doctors love to help anyone and everyone, Lily reminds us that as much charity as we love to do, we still have to pay bills to keep the lights on. We wouldn’t be here without her. She is here to help with any questions you may have and is dedicated to making your experience at Helping Hand Dental Clinic a positive one!

A proud graduate of Phoenix College Hygiene School in 2017 with honors. She has been in the dental field over 25 years. Tami is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and helping you achieve your healthiest smile. She believes that giving her patients education and a gentle touch go a long way in making your dental experience comfortable and positive.
Tami has a charitable heart which makes her the perfect fit at Helping Hand Dental. She is committed to making a difference dedicating her time and energy beyond the clinic as well to charity runs and walks. She has completed the challenging 3-day, 60-mile walk and the 20-mile walk for breast cancer research and awareness.
She loves to travel with her husband of over 20 years. Other favorite hobbies include board games with friends, yoga, bike riding,swimming listening to music and keeping up with her 2 Labrador Retriever’s. She is a devoted aunt, cherishing every moment spent with her many nieces and nephews.
She has been known to endulge in some Bravo TV when she’s not watching her local Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals. But she saves a special spot to cheer on her home-state team, the Green Bay Packers too!

Janelle is our lead assistant at Helping Hand Dental Clinic. She brings over 12 years of dedicated experience to her role. What truly sets her apart is her advanced certification as an Extended Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). This specialized degree means Janelle is highly skilled in performing a wider range of clinical procedures, making her an indispensable part of providing you with the highest quality dental care. Her superior skill is complimented by her incredible dedication to helping people; to being the best at her craft. Her patient care, empathy, and commitment are unmatched.
When she’s not assisting patients, Janelle is a devoted wife and mother to her two kids. On her days off, she loves to be in the kitchen, cooking up delicious meals for her family.
She is a self-proclaimed expert in all things Disney, and you can often hear her quoting classic Disney movies throughout the day! Her culinary favorites are equally spirited: her go-to restaurant is El Trompo, where she highly recommends the Al Pastor tacos, and for a quick treat, you can find her at In-N-Out Burger.
Janelle’s ultimate dream is to take her family to New York City and spend the entire Christmas season there, experiencing all the magic of the holidays in the Big Apple.

With 6 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Cristal is a dedicated and familiar face at Helping Hand Dental Clinic. Her experience in the field means she brings a wealth of skill and a friendly, steady hand to every patient she assists.
Cristal is a proud graduate of Alhambra and has a wonderful life outside of the clinic. She is happily married with two children who keep her busy! When she’s not helping patients, you can almost always find Cristal outdoors, whether she’s hiking, exploring, or simply enjoying the fresh air. She also has a fun side passion for shopping and isn’t afraid to treat herself to “things she knows she doesn’t need.”
In her downtime, Cristal loves the adrenaline rush of horror movies—her favorite being The Nun. Her culinary tastes lean toward the savory: for a special night out, she heads to Bobby-Qs, and for a quick fix, nothing beats an In-N-Out Burger.
Cristal has a big dream on her bucket list: to see the Seven Wonders of the World!
